Kayla M. Whitford

Office Manager and Paralegal

Born in Frankfurt, Germany, to a military family, Kayla eventually found herself in Clarksville when her father was relocated to Fort Campbell in 2002. She and her family have lived in the middle Tennessee area ever since. Graduate of Daymar Community College and Tennessee State University, Kayla holds two associates degrees in Applied Science. She began working with our firm just after it opened and has proven to be an essential part of our team time and time again. We are proud to have her.

In addition to being the Office Manager, Kayla works as a Paralegal to Mr. Hibbeler and Mr. Howard in both Criminal and Family Law.

Madison Howard

Paralegal

Clarksville native and proud mother of a beautiful little girl, Madison is a recent addition to the team here at Hibbeler Law. Prior to joining our firm, Madison worked as a paralegal in practice areas ranging from Criminal Law and Family Law to Real Estate and Business Law. After earning an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice on a full-ride softball scholarship in 2014, she obtained her certification in Paralegal Studies and continues her legal education through CLE (Continuing Legal Education) hours to stay up to date in her practice.

Madison currently assists the attorneys at our firm in all Criminal and Juvenile matters.

Sadie Nemec

Marketing Director

A recent Clarksville transplant, Sadie joined our firm after she and her husband relocated to Fort Campbell in December 2020. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in English, Sadie went on to earn an M.A. in Literature, Rhetoric, and Composition at Texas State University. Her professional background is in technical writing, academia, and communications with experience working on marketing projects for the English Department at her alma mater.

We are excited to have her on our team as the firm’s Marketing Director—taking charge of everything from firm research and development to social media and community partnerships.

Rose Rohrer

Legal Assistant and Receptionist

After being stationed in Texas for a little over a year, Rose, her husband, and their three children were elated when they were relocated back to Clarksville in 2020. Rose fell in love with the Clarksville community when she moved to Tennessee in 2009, and she and her family are proud to call it home once again. After earning an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice at Volunteer State Community College, Rose earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice at Austin Peay State University in 2020. She is kicking off her legal career with us, and we are looking forward to having her on our team.
